Pink Gem Design Challenge (February 2010)
This is my very first attempt at entering a challenge through blogs.
The challenge this month is to use pink colours and/or gems, but must use a Pink Gem Design stamped image.
The main card is 7" x 7" and has been matt and layered using holographic polka dot card and backing papers from my stash.
I added a piece of frilly ribbon across the front of the layered card.
I cut the image out using a Cuttlebug and a Nestability Label 8 cutting die. Layered onto a holographic polka dot card.
I used the 'Summer Milly' rubber stamp and coloured her in using several shades of pink promarkers and touches of spica glitter pens.
The mulberry flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, the leaves are punched out with the polka dot card using Martha Stewart punch and the glass effect flowers/gems are from my stash.
I finished off by stamping a Pink Gem Design sentiment, layered onto the same polka dot card.
