Cuddly Buddly Charley


I have entered this card into the following challenges:
Sketch Saturday - follow sketchie.
Stampin' for the Weekend - to create a card/project to make someone smile or cheer them up.
C.R.A.F.T - colour combo of Blue and Green.
Colour Create - colour combo of Soft Green and Light Aqua with optional extra to include a butterfly.
Creative Inspiration - to include faux stitching.
Delightful Sketches - to add texture (I have used textured card stock).
Polka Doodle - theme is 'Sew and Sew'.
Pear Tree Design - theme is 'Floral Delights'.
Image is a Cuddly Buddly stamp called 'Charley'. I have coloured her in with promarkers (hat and socks - cool aqua and dress and shoes in soft green).
Nestability - Label 13, distressed with Tumbled Glass Tim Holtz distressing ink.
I have created the faux stitching with a Sky Blue Spica Glitter pen.
Sentiment is a Wild Rose stamp.
Backing papers used are from Wildrose Polka Dot paperstack and Milton & Co paperstack.
Martha Stewart punch used is called 'Floral Lace'.
Flowers are from Wild Orchid and the beaded flowers are from K & Company.
Ribbon, cardstock, gem flourishes and butterfly are from my stash.

Image is called 'Moon Mouse Fairy' from the Mouserkins range from Faerie Song Rubber Art Stamps, coloured in with promarkers and the wings have been touched up with stardust stickles glitter glue.
Nestability - Circle.
A Martha Stewart border punch called 'Doily Lace' was used to create the horizontal border.
The outer embossed scalloped circle and swirls were created with a Marianne Design 'Frame Circle' creatables die cut.
The butterfly was punched out using a Tonic punch.
I have sprayed the flowers with a brown/gold Cosmic Shimmer Mist.
Backing paper and card stock is from Bee Crafty.
I have distressed the edges of my backing paper and applied Cosmic Shimmer Autumn Twinkles glitter glue.

Simsalabim Tilda

Moving along with the time - Follow sketchie.
Sweet Stamping - colour combo of summer sun, green galore, only orange and pixie pink.
Crafty Creations - theme is Magical.
The Crazy Challenge - the theme is Bling Bling.
Crafts and Me - theme is Sparkle.
Backing papers are Basic Grey paperpad 'Ambrosia'.
The orange card has been punched around the edge with a Martha Stewart Scallop 3 dot punch.
Green card has been cut and embossed using a Marianne Design frame straight.
Image is Simsalabim Tilda which has been coloured in with promarkers and her dress has been paper pieced using the same paper as the backing.
Flowers have been painted with Mod Podge and sprinkled with Glamour Dust.
Mesh ribbon, diamond bling and gems are from my stash.

The pink backing paper is from Papermania Blueberry Hill paperstack. The purple paper is from a Kate Knight paper stack (this was a magazine freebie), both have been distressed with Tim Holtz 'Worn Lipstick' distressing ink and edged with stickles.

Corner fronds have been created using a Paper Shaper punch and finished off with purple gems.
I have stamped around Tilda using tapestry stamps with Tim Holtz distressing inks.
